Amber leads Unravel's strategy and growth while serving as Director of the Delivery Decisions Initiative at Ariadne Labs. A 20-year obstetric nurse, she specializes in quality improvement and has advanced statewide maternal health initiatives.

Tyler leads Unravel's partnerships, working across hospitals, health systems, and funders to bring TeamBirth to more birthing families. A health equity advocate, he oversees client engagement and growth, with an MPH from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a B.A. in Anthropology from UNC Chapel Hill.

Trisha Short is the Director of Implementation at Unravel Healthcare, where she leads TeamBirth implementation efforts with hospitals across the United States. With 16 years of bedside obstetric nursing experience and four years in implementation and quality improvement, she helps healthcare teams build sustainable practices that improve communication, collaboration, and patient-centered maternity care.

Fiona leads project management at Unravel Healthcare, partnering with a growing portfolio of hospital and health system clients to ensure their success — through close collaboration, strong communication, and access to the right resources at every stage of implementation. She holds an MPH from Yale in maternal and child health promotion and brings a background in pediatric quality improvement, healthcare operations, and program delivery.
